After one month of working at Amazon Corporate, I can say that it feels like I've been there for six months already. In this update, I'll be sharing my experience with the training process, the job itself, and my managers.

Training: Multiple Trainers and Little Room for Error

During my first month of training, I had five different trainers, which is not the norm. Each trainer had their own way of doing things, which made it confusing for me to know which was the standard practice. There was very little room for error, and I had to adjust quickly to the fast-paced environment. However, after a month of training, I feel more comfortable with the job process.

As an employee at Amazon Corporate, my job is to oversee sites, make plans, and give advice to help run the shift. While it can get hectic and stressful at times, it's a doable job. The only issue I see so far is that there's very little room for error.
